Comfortable Stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfy my room was. Breakfast was decent, but the eggs looked kinda funny. The staff were super friendly, which made things better! I liked chilling at the picnic area outside, but the shower flooded after a few mins, which was annoying.

We enjoyed our stay with comfortable beds and a clean room. The location was perfect for our family, close to attractions and easy access to the city. The pool area was a hit with our four teenagers, providing a great way to unwind after exploring.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from adjoining rooms was a hassle. It would be great if they could improve soundproofing to enhance family comfort, especially with older kids who might make more noise when relaxing in the evenings.

The room was cozy, and I loved the hot tub and indoor pool. Plus, there was a bathroom near the pool area, which was convenient.

Unfortunately, we faced issues with the noise from the AC unit and had to move rooms for peace. Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating when our reservation couldn't be found, leading to an inconvenient room arrangement.

The room was super clean and had a nice fridge, perfect for our stay. We loved relaxing in the indoor pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day. Just a heads up, there was a bit of noise from the nearby highway, but it didn’t really bother us too much. 😊

The shuttle service was prompt and made getting to the airport super easy. Also, enjoyed the small fitness center for a quick workout.

However, the room had some cleanliness issues, with noticeable stains on the carpet and a burn hole on the desk chair. The shuttle service wasn't clearly communicated, causing unexpected expenses when I needed to get to the airport. No elevator access to the second floor made carrying luggage up a hassle. Overall, it’s a solid choice for families, just some minor details need attention.

It wasn't cheap, but for a last-minute stay, it was acceptable.
